Former US President Bill Clinton has been taken to hospital in New York City with a heart complaint, reports say.
ABC News said Mr Clinton had been admitted to Columbia Presbyterian hospital, but was not having surgery.
The 63-year-old had quadruple-bypass surgery in New York in September 2004 after experiencing prolonged chest pains and shortness of breath.
His wife, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, was seen leaving the White House, but did not appear in distress.
Mr Clinton served two terms as president, during which he became known for his love of fast food and jogging. </p
