Burning List

 I have been transitioning my hair since November of 2008. I have learned almost 99% of what I know about natural hair care from Natural Hair Youtube guru’s. So if you are thinking about doing a BIG CHOP (meaning cutting off all of your permed or damaged hair) then I would recommend that you check out some of these natural hair stylista’s. They know all about transitioning styles, professional looking styles you can wear to work, weekend looks, moisturizing & conditioning dry brittle hair, cowashing (washing hair with conditioner only), and anything else you want to know about making natural hair work for you. I am so glad that I found them on Youtube and I hope all my readers appreciate this post.

1. xGOldn: She started off with permed styles and decided to transition her hair 100% natural.

2. PrettyDimples01: She loves Ecostyling gel and has lots of hairstyle ideas.

3. BlackOnyx: She is kind of hyper and also sells lots of accessories. Her hair is growing by the minute.

4. MahoganyCurls: She has short hair that is growing each time she does a new video. I like the deep wave look that she wears.

5. CurlyChronicles: She has thick hair and she typically wears it that way.
6. ItsMsHeatherNicole: She wears her hair all kinds of ways and has a really funny accent.

7. Rustic Beauty: She has some thick hair.

8. MsButtahfly: She is really good at doing twist outs.

9. Beautifulbrwnbabydol: She talks about hair, health, and everything else you need advice on.

10. LongHairDontCare: She has really long healthy hair.

Also I hear the documentary, Good Hair, is pretty good. I’ll definitely have to check it out. For those of you who have watched it, what did you think of it (without telling the movie)?
